The Butterfly suspension system is very comfortable and the pack does not get in your way while you climb—sometimes I can almost forget it’s on. The pack has a very clean profile and not many bells and whistles (which is what I want).The pack has a simple hydration system, side straps, and ice tool holders. It is a top-loader with a top pocket that has generous compartments. Simple, efficient, comfortable—if those are what you look for in a climbing pack, the Ice 35 is an excellent choice.
